Shipping: We ship Tuesdays, Wednesday & Thursday. Customer pays Shipping both ways. We ship UPS Ground for return UNLESS customer chooses otherwise. We insure for $2500.00 for return. Please include all contact info when shipping to us. Boxing & Packing: $ 30.00 ONLY IF box & packing material are needed or wanted. We are happy to provide one. We can also include a return shipping label to us in your box. We will charge you for a box at our discretion, only if your box unsafe to return your unit back in. If you pack your own unit or have someone else pack it. PLEASE DO NOT USE PEANUTS! They carry static electricity & are not good protection!! Please be sure to pack it tight, so unit doesn’t move around in the box. Please include all contact info when shipping to us. We must receive payment before unit can be shipped. Billing will occur at the time of return shipment. Please include the best time to contact you for payment.
